About Lee Eisenbarth
I design brands and build products people actually use. Not “use once and abandon like a gym membership in February.” Actually use.At MaxQ, I lead design at the intersection of strategy and interface, helping startups, scale-ups, and even the Marines turn ambitious ideas into experiences that are clear, useful, and delightful. That last part is harder than it sounds, and I love it.My career has been a greatest hits of design and product leadership: founding designer, VP of Design, VP of Product, Chief Experience Officer. I’ve unified platforms after messy acquisitions, helped double businesses during hard seasons, and supported millions of users across hundreds of institutions. The through line in all of it is one stubbornly simple belief: brand and product should never feel like strangers.I like building A-player teams. I like raising the bar quietly. I like shipping work that looks good in a deck and still holds up six months into production when nobody’s watching.Outside of work, I’m a husband and a brand-new dad to Henry. I also run Turtle Tuesday Club, an art project I started to stay sharp as a designer and get a little better at illustrating every single week. Fifty-two deadlines a year, self-imposed, no client feedback, just growth. I’m also a distant second in the household Employee of the Month standings behind Tesla The Good Girl, our rescue pup, which is humbling and completely fair.
