I’m a Scientist with over 15 years of experience advancing drug development across the full lifecycle, from discovery and preclinical research through IND-enabling studies, translational science and biomarker strategy, and clinical development across early and late phases. My scientific background spans oncology, infectious diseases and vaccines, as well as autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.As a Clinical Scientist, I’ve played a key role in the clinical development of cell therapies, providing scientific oversight and support for a Phase I study of a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy in solid tumors, and most recently a global Phase study of a GPRC5D-targeted CAR T-cell therapy in multiple myeloma. I work closely with clinical trial physicians and cross-function teams, including clinical operations, safety, data management, biometrics, translational, and regulatory, to ensure successful trial execution. I’m an experienced manager and collaborative leader, adept at managing external partnerships and working across multidisciplinary teams. I bring strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with a focus on team development and driving impactful, data-informed decisions.I\'m passionate about advancing transformative therapies by delivering high-quality evidence that informs decision-making and improves patient outcomes.
