Our HR team support with recruitment and HR Management specifically with start ups and scale ups: it’s a different bag to typical corporate HR in this space! As the CEO, my role is to oversee the team and client work to ensure we are supporting our team’s growth and development, while ensuring our clients are getting the best support they can. The other hat I wear is Fractional CFO for a number of clients of various sizes and business stages. I’ve supported numerous acquisition transactions, equity raises, debt/grant procurement, and other significant milestones with people and business growth.
