Implement and monitor ABA-based programmes tailored to pupils’ individual strengths, challenges, and developmental stages-Develop Detailed Education Plans (DEPs) and Individual Teaching Plans (ITPs) alongside teachers, ensuring alignment with pupil goals-Provide one-to-one and group ABA instruction, including social skills lessons-Conduct regular assessments, track progress, and adjust strategies to maximise outcomes-Facilitate weekly class meetings with teachers to review learning and behaviour progress-Liaise with families, offering guidance and support through regular communication and home visits when appropriate-Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into educational programmes-Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and a positive school culture rooted in respect, inclusivity, and professional growth.
