ABOUT HELGE SAGADIN

Helge is a seasoned financial expert who started his career as an analyst and management accountant. Over time he gained experience and insight in additional business areas and grew into general management responsibilities. His areas of expertise within finance included corporate finance, management accounting, KPI and performance management, budgeting and control, balance sheet management, balanced scorecards, general accounting, payroll, tax, sox and mergers and acquisitions.Within his management task Helge focussed strongly on process efficiency and performance using and implementing corporate planning systems like Hyperion, Prevero, SAP SAC and BOARD or a real estate ERP system. He extended this through BPO and offshoring projects which he managed as a client and a consultant. In the last years he contributed to the operational management of his employer where he helped to run excellent operational process with modern management tools like balanced scorecards which he developed and configured specifically for the needed specific purposes. Due to the gained insight into operational processes in combination with his financial experience he got the chance to manage the investment process by taking over responsibility for all capital expenditures ensuring a crucial part of the companies future growth.Helge has proven his abilities in successfully building new business, leading change programs and building teams in more than one industry and various areas of responsibility. He is able to communicate difficult decisions within organizations and helping people to manage the new situation.Next to his daily tasks as a group controller helping to manage performance and profitability, he successfully delivered restructuring, change and cost out projects varying from 120 million € to 200 million € delivered impact.
