I am a scientific operations leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating environments where people and science can thrive. With a background in translational medicine, biobanking, cancer research, stem cell research, and large-scale laboratory operations, I blend technical expertise with strong organisational and people-focused leadership.What drives me is purpose: ensuring that research teams have the clarity, structure, and support they need to deliver high-quality, impactful science. I lead with kindness, consistency, and high standards — and I believe deeply in the impact that well-supported scientific teams can have on human health.My experience spans research, laboratory management, operational strategy, quality and compliance, workflow optimisation, and mentoring scientists across a range of disciplines. Whether I’m improving processes, strengthening quality systems, or supporting researchers in their day-to-day work, my goal is always the same: to enable great science to happen.I’m passionate about collaboration, continuous growth, and helping teams reach their full potential — all while ensuring excellence in scientific delivery.
