Leading a small team, after 3 months I was transferred to a critical part of the business to deliver an application that would pave the way for automating manual processes. I headed up the Front End Community of Practice, until 2024 when I made the CoP lead position an elected role, allowing me to step back to work on becoming full stack. Other achievements - implemented a new suite of cypress tests to reduce manual qa overhead - built an in-house cookie consent management system to allow time for a suitable 3rd party system to be chosen.
