In my current role at Skyscanner, I\'m part of a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on creating impactful content for our high-traffic SEO landing pages across flights, car hire and hotels. As SEO is a key revenue driver for Skyscanner, my work directly contributes to driving organic traffic and enhancing the travel-planning journey for millions of users worldwide.Key responsibilities- Content creation and strategy: I write user-centric content that balances best SEO best practice with traveller needs, ensuring seamless transitions through the travel planning process- Collaboration and communication: I work closely with SEO, design, product, and engineering teams to deliver world-class landing page experiences, while advocating for both SEO and content best practices across teams- Optimisation and innovation: I collaborate with various teams and third-party agencies to identify and act on opportunities to improve SEO performance- Cross-functional alignment: I partner with brand marketing and translation teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all markets and languages- AI exploration: I am part of a team exploring ways to leverage AI within content creation, using LLMs.
