ABOUT HELEN RORRISON
Energy professional with wide-ranging experience in carbon capture and storage (CCS) infrastructure projects, Development Consent Orders, major operating companies and stakeholder relationships. Strong ability to successfully integrate engineering, lands, legal and communications functions. With a wide knowledge of the carbon capture and storage sector, I am currently DCO Manager for NEP’s Track 1 Humber Carbon Capture Pipeline. Before this I was Stakeholder Lead for Harbour Energy\'s Track 2 Viking CCS Pipeline DCO (consent awarded 2025). I have a unique combination of technical knowledge, marketing and energy transition experience for CCS infrastructure projects, in particular the statutory consultation process for onshore CO2 pipeline Development Consent Orders.
