Helping mature women, who feel restless, and, despite giving their all to their organisation still feel unfulfilled and frustrated at work. For the last 10+ years my passion has been to help women grow in confidence and self-compassion so they can be more fulfilled, make more difference, and have more fun at work – because I’m convinced that this troubled world needs more women in positions of power and making a positive impact. Overwhelm and negative inner voices are ever present dangers and persistent obstacles to meaningful work.
