Before joining Nuffield Technologies in 2012, I served for 12 years in the Royal Navy as an Air Engineer Officer.This included operations in Bosnia and Iraq, often in high-pressure situations.Success in the military is about problem-solving and effective risk management in difficult environments. I am also the MD of Rugged Data, which began life as a mobile forms and reporting platform for small businesses and independent contractors.
