A proactive ESG / Sustainability Lead keen to support organisations make a difference and seeking a new role due to company restructure. Have been promoted through a range of specialisms throughout my career, most recently working as Head of ESG in the recruitment sector managing carbon accounting, carbon reduction activities, ISO compliance and social value initiatives. Successfully implemented the organisation’s first ESG strategy engaging key stakeholders and establishing carbon footprint measurement and social value delivery. Have previously implemented the company’s four ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001), and lead the development, ongoing enhancement and configuration of the company’s proprietary recruitment software. Prince 2 Practitioner and CIPD Level 7 qualified and have completed the following courses: Carbon Literacy Standard, Carbon Literacy Knowledge eLearn, Journey to Net Zero, Introduction to Social Value, Measuring and Reporting on Social Value, Women in Leadership. My key experience and achievements include: • Developed and lead the company\'s first ESG strategy, working closely with the Board • Implemented carbon footprint measurement (including full scope 3 emissions), established net zero targets and carbon reduction plan in line with PPN06/21, resulting in an 11% emissions reduction in year 2. • Implemented, managed and successfully maintained certification in ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and 27001 • Delivered range of green initiatives to reduce environmental impact • Developing the company\'s first Sustainable Procurement policy to deliver sustainable sourcing, compliance and ED & I objectives through the supply chain • Establishing the organisation’s first annual ESG reporting • Developed the company\'s Social Value Policy and increased employee volunteering take up by over 100% yr on yr • Established key external partnerships to deliver Social Value in the local community • Coordinated and lead cross functional teams of volunteers to deliver ESG initiatives • Design and write bid solutions and external comms for Environmental, Social Value and other ESG related topics • Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Business Continuity programme, including during Covid-19 • Member of the ED & I team • CIPD qualified (level 7) and Prince 2 Practitioner • Senior Leadership team member
