My favorite thing to do is to take complicated things and \"uncomplicate\" them, opening up doors for discussion and improvement. I enjoy clarifying, re-vamping, and creating processes to increase efficiency, building robust but easy-to-follow models, and I take great pride in preparing professional (and beautiful) reporting. If I see something that needs fixing or could be better, I\'ll hit the gas. Being able to lead and mentor lights a fire and is hugely important for me. There is so much joy and satisfaction in being able to help someone define and reach their goals.
