Helping to \'Deliver New, Now\' for Accenture by leading a fantastic team to find great experienced talent within the UK. My teams are responsible for all experienced hire recruitment across Accenture\'s core business across Technology, Strategy & Consulting, Operations, ACN SONG and Corporate Functions as well driving activation of innovative Inclusion & Diversity solutions and also leading our Tech Innovation & On-Boarding Solutions. Beyond developing our Resourcing Strategy my main focus is on driving continuous improvement with a key focus on data, automation and analytics. We recruit Talent with the potential to drive Accenture’s agenda of ‘Delivering New, Now’ - seeking out those with the ability to shape the future within innovative technologies such as AI, Analytics, Big Data, VR and Robotics.
