Brackenwood have been supplying and fitting quality Double Glazed Windows, Doors & Conservatories since 1987. I have been working for Brackenwood Windows as a Talent Acquisition & Marketing Manager, for this role I have been originally performing marketing duites for the company and have also a remit for recruiting for one of the leading providers of glazed windows and doors in the Uk. I have been working on various projects within the company and looking after many sales and engineering roles that we recruit for, I also had responsibility for commercial / clerical roles and helping to mentor new team members. My role was based in Basingstoke and I would be involved in all aspects of talent management including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates
