I’m currently working with BookMachine as their Talent Manager. This is a part-time freelance position which fits alongside my family commitments (as a mother of three young children), illustrating BookMachine’s flexible and remote-first working ethos. I help to look after their in-house recruitment, team learning and development, as well as manage a pool of freelancers for their client projects.I know the BookMachine team well and have been a regular at their events throughout my publishing career. They have worked hard to build an amazing global space for the publishing community, including in-person and virtual events and courses, their professional app and community hub. They also have their Marketing & Events Creative Agency side of the business partnering with the worlds of publishers and education on amazing campaigns, digital product development, and events.
