A senior leadership role, developing the people strategy, navigating our way and scaling up as Climate Bonds embarks on having global growth and impact. We are led by our mission to reduce carbon omissions through mobilising capital. Climate Bond’s strategy is to develop a large and liquid Green and Climate Bonds Market that will help drive down the cost of capital for climate projects. We promote investment in projects and assets necessary for a rapid transition to a low carbon and climate resilient economy.My main objectives as we grow are setting up global employment, global reward & recognition and global talent & career management as we launch our theory of change that communicates our impact on the world. I’m a people professional having worked in multiple international companies ranging from high growth, start-up, entrepreneurial SMEs to large, complex, matrix organisations. My experience has been gained in leadership positions managing change and transformation projects and developing organisations to manage talent effectively. I’ve worked in numerous organisations transitioning from start up to scale up. I’m currently combining two of my passions; shaping the People & Culture agenda and protecting our environment, by working in a high growth climate finance company.Climate Bonds Initiative is an investor-focused NGO working to mobilise the $100 trillion global bond market for climate change solutions. We promote investment in projects and assets necessary for a rapid transition to a low carbon and climate resilient economy.Our main workstreams are green bond standards and certification, data and market analysis, policy and market development, communications and advocacy.Climate Bonds is a fast growing, dynamic, global NGO driven by a big mission.
