ABOUT HÉLÈNE KESSOUS
Anthropologist with 15 years of experience. As a specialist in Indian culture, I have conducted various studies and surveys on one of the most prominent issues in Indian society, namely the obsession with skin fairness/whiteness. I conducted semi-directive qualitative interviews, single-sex focus groups to allow free speech, participant observation in beauty salons to test whitening products, and an online survey to collect quantitative data. Therefore, my PhD in anthropology allowed me to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the subject and general knowledge of India and the South Asian region in various sectors such as hygiene, beauty, media, cinema. I also show high flexibility when working in multicultural environments. Combine strong organisational skills with high cultural and artistic sensitivity. Proven track record of organising successful events under time and budget constraints. Demonstrated people management skills. Good knowledge of new media promotion tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
