I have developed a brand new training course for research administrators at Weill Cornell Medicine. This education program provides research administrators with a deeper and more practical understanding of the key responsibilities relevant to grants applications and to post-award management. The E2RA program supports research administrators for them to increase their efficiency, autonomy and confidence at work, resulting in a better support to their PIs. The E2RA has been very well received by the research administrators community at Weill Cornell Medicine and more than 150 graduates graduated from the E2RA course since 2016!
