In a brand new role for Microsoft in EMEA to build out a Recruitment Marketing function.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\n* Educate and embed the Global EVP at a regional level across talent acquisition, comms, marketing and business\\\\n* Drive and activate all recruitment marketing campaigns across EMEA for all volume and nice roles: digital, print, online, outdoor, paid social, programmatic using external agency partners\\\\n* Advise and guide on local employer brand and recruitment events\\\\n* Build out our future recruitment marketing strategy including budget and resource\\\\n* Build out EMEA recruitment marketing content\\\\n* Build and run employer advocacy and personal brand training across the business\\\\n* Build out source of app and hire reporting across sourcing channel mix\\\\n* Owner of EMEA content for careers.microsoft.com and key stakeholder in new careers site project\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
