ABOUT HELEN SCOTT
A successful HR Leader with a great track record in challenging roles (in-house and consultancy) in the private, not for profit and public sectors. These roles have been both operational and strategic and my emphasis is always on designing workable HR solutions that achieve a greater return on the people investment. Being a full partner in building business value is what I do. Within the UK and Europe, I have worked with, developed and supported CEOs, MDs and other senior managers in diverse sectors including fin tech, oil & gas aviation, clothing (work/casual wear), life sciences, public transportation, engineering, sport, housing, support and care, and local government. Programmes I have devised or had a significant role in include Culture shaping, HR Strategy and Policy development and implementation, Leadership and Team Management enhancement, Employee Relations & Resourcing, Tupe, Organisational Development, internal communications and extensive change management initiatives. Goal My goal is to lead the creation of workplaces where people achieve the commercial ambitions, develop and showcase their talents, and have some fun along the way.
