ABOUT HELEN DAY
I’m an Operations Director and a member of an executive leadership team with 20+ years of working in a freelance and SME environment, coupled with 14+ years of large corporate management experience. Working with Boards and CEOs within the SME environment, I am a ‘team builder’ and ‘challenger’, strategically developing international operations across HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, Projects, Partnerships and service delivery. In parallel, I am responsible for strategic plan development, business and Board reporting and driving continual operational improvement and efficiency - whilst developing a happy and supported global team, many of whom work virtually. I\'m used to working with a team that is a mix of employees and freelance consultants across the UK, US and Europe.
