About Helen Carnevale

My experience in corporate and non-profit environments allows me to easily work with diverse staff to achieve goals and meet audience expectations. I\'m responsible for driving GHD\'s Americas Key Client Program using a people-first approach to accountability, training, and coaching. I believe in strengthening RMs and teams through natural techniques that build positive chemistry and relationships easily and quickly. I design high-impact presentation decks and materials to ensure presenters can authentically land messages with diverse audiences and panelists. Previously, I worked in three areas: coaching for client and sales opportunities; mar-comms strategy and design; and professional training development, examples of which can be seen in my LinkedIn portfolio. I was instrumental in securing over $8 billion in RFP interview presentation wins since November 2023 and created and delivered worldwide professional training programs for both technical and non-technical staff. My time as a Grammy-level musician and arts-based curriculum developer laid the groundwork for my current coaching and business development success. The curriculum and training programs I designed for administrators, teachers and children taught me how to connect with learners and audiences meaningfully.
