   Learning and Development Program Manager for ETS Learning Day, a monthly day of Learning hosted for all members of the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) org- Manages the working team with personnel from Comms, IDs, Technical Experts, and Sr. Managers from within ETS - Hosted 11 Learning Days including 54 session and 231 panelists over the course of 2021 - In 2022, we are averaging 9 sessions monthly with panels of 4-5 presenters. Plan the sessions that participate in Learning Day monthly and work with the presenters, working team, and moderators to schedule and run the monthly event - Events including multiple sessions, green rooms, and associated curriculums for the month. Attendance for one of our sessions can range from 200-700 individuals - Works with presenters over the course of the month using Learning and Development principles to improve the presentations- Maintain the backlog of sessions that have submitted to present on Learning Day. Learning Day has been on a month-long backlog since August of 2021 - Tracks the attendance data and reports out on the information to the working team Report out yearly on the Learning Day metrics to the CIO and monthly to the Learning Day\'s VP sponsor- Determines the KPIs and scorecard for reporting the success of the program - Maintains cross-fictional partnerships to make sure that Learning Day topics align with the needs of the business. Manage the ETS Learning Day Communications on Learning Day and throughout the month - Point person and first responder to questions in the Learning Day Slack channel for 1700+ employees - Oversees the monthly survey communication. Reports out on the data to the Learning Day Working Team Drives the expansion of Learning Day from the ETS Org to a wider Technology audience - Source and vet new sessions ranging from Career Development, Accessibility Training, Franklin Covey Soft-skills, and external authors from Pluralsight and Percipio partnerships
