Resources Legacy Fund (RLF) builds alliances that advance bold solutions to secure a just and resilient world for people and nature. RLF has helped protect more than five million acres and generate over $30 billion in public funds for conservation, climate resilience, and healthy communities since its founding 20+ years ago. As Vice President, I\'m part of the Executive Team responsible for crafting and executing overall strategic direction: developing program strategies; financial planning and budgeting; setting organizational policies; recruiting, training, and retaining staff; and communicating with internal and external audiences. I lead RLF\'s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. This includes chairing the DEI staff committee; helping to organize trainings; leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive DEI plan; strengthening the board\'s leadership on DEI; and reporting on our annual progress. I work closely with program teams to implement the current strategic plan. This includes ensuring program strategies are aligned with organizational priorities, cultivating donors and partners, and approving grants. I\'m excited to be leading RLF\'s strategy refresh process in 2023.
