My role is key to driving talent acquisition across Ipsos and headhunting for senior level roles. I am also part of the DE & I project team to ensure we have a fully inclusive environment for all. I partner with Corporate Functions (HR, Recruitment, Compliance, IT & Finance), UX-User Experience, CX-Customer Experience, Innovation, Market Strategy & Understanding, and Brand Health Tracking to attract and hire the best talent. I also manage, coach and mentor a high performing team to drive direct hires and enhance candidate engagement.Ipsos are committed to shaping the future of the research industry; innovation; and to communicating effectively to the widest possible audience. I have a broad remit from people planning with the HR Business Partners and Directors/Hiring Managers to formulating a tailored strategy for taking roles to market. Maximising all forms of social media to attract candidates appropriately is essential whilst ensuring the best candidate engagement to make Ipsos an exciting choice for their next career move. The relationships you can build through direct sourcing can ensure a bespoke candidate experience, a future candidate pipeline and benefits company profits and reduces cots.My role encompasses-• Working closely with the Senior Management team to deliver the right people at the right time• Attending review and progress meetings to drive future decisions• Headhunting senior level candidates for key roles• Provide advice and guidance on recruitment strategy and approach to market• Drive social media media campaigns - LinkedIn, Reed, Guardian, networking • Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the process• Direct sourcing of all roles using an ATS, LinkedIn, networking and other social media• Collaborating with the HR team and L&D to deliver results• Analyse and supply performance metrics for each area
