My insights drive the design of product experiences to make them easy, enjoyable, and effective.I\'m a skilled and tirelessly determined UX researcher with expertise in HCI. I produce tangible and considered insights for diverse stakeholders. I\'m inspired to take a human-centred design approach to all my problem solving, with the ultimate aim to (re)design experiences that make a meaningful difference to people. I have a PhD and a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science, both from a top UK university.
