Helena is a seasoned Data Scientist and Strategist with experience across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, retail, and telecommunications. Her leadership in analytics projects and expertise in defining data strategy and creating analytics solutions have enabled her to drive tactical, operational, and strategic decision-making in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. With her mastery of statistical and machine learning techniques, Helena optimizes revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences while reducing operational costs and revenue loss. She has led the development of a hybrid and sequence-aware recommender system proof of concepts, along with creating fraud detection, anomaly detection, and forecasting models.
