ABOUT HELENA MENDIZABAL ABEDUM DE LIMA

As a Quality Assurance Team Leader at Atlantis Resorts, I oversee the contact center team that handles all the restaurant reservations and guest services for both properties Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, two of the world\'s leading luxury resort destinations. I collaborate with the restaurant managers, chefs, and staff to create memorable dining experiences for our guests, managing the reservations, the profile and privacy of the guests, handling all escalations, cancellations, billings, group reservations, festive bookings, and specialized menus.I have a Diploma of Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry and hotel management. I am a Certified Trainer, which allows me to promote and deliver the standard Forbes Travel Guide training to our team, ensuring that we provide the ultra luxurious service to all of our guests. I also support the sales and marketing team with promotions and events. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive and inclusive work environment for my team. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, as I have lived and worked in different countries and cultures, including as an au pair in the US. I speak fluent Spanish and English, and I am always eager to learn new skills and improve myself.I enjoy the outdoor life, but I am also a city girl cannot deny it! I am an American Football fan, although I am always down to watch any Sports game. I am also passionate about listening to music and can listen from Ennio Morricone and then dance some good old bachata or salsa.
