I help businesses focus on supporting customers achieve their goals by ensuring user needs have as much weight as business and engineering.I translate business goals into experience strategy, defining priorities with the business stakeholders, helping identify measures of success and pinpointing key moments for user research. As a design team leader, I support and manage the design team priorities and provide guidance to other designers to ensure we’re thinking about the wider end-to-end customer journey.I create effective teams by ensuring the colleagues have psychological safe space that fosters collaboration, clarity of roles and responsibilities, outcome focus coaching that creates dependability and a view of the wider meaning and impact of the work they’re doing.
