I am fortunate to work for a company that I love and share the same values with. I have worked for Mars for over 20 years gaining experience in employee health & wellbeing, occupational health, public health, health benefits and business partnering. I have had the opportunity to grow into a leader in employee health & wellbeing through the different roles and professional learning I have experienced in this time. I am currently in a role that I consider my dream job as the Global Mental Health & Energy lead and a member of the Global Associate Health and Wellbeing COE Leadership team. It is truly an honour to design, deploy and evaluate our holistic Health & Wellbeing strategy in the pursuit of achieving our Mars Purpose -\'In the world we want tomorrow, everyone is thriving\'.
