ABOUT HELEN WILD

At heart I am a mum, a wife and a daughter with a passion for life, full of energy, wanting to see the world from all its perspectives.People are my number one motivator, developing talent and providing the opportunities to achieve both personal and professional goals. I am passionate and believe in the work I am doing and that it is driving the right results for both colleagues and customers. I truly believe in bringing your whole self to any team and any role and holding your values strong, for me this has always gained respect and trust and reflects true leadership.Service stability and resilience were words that were not used every day, service quality has historically been a reactive process. Over the last 4 years I have pioneered resilience to improve the customer experience. Initially a vision and now a fully implemented global programme that is delivering results through influencing a culture to look at things differently and creating a practice that is an open and diverse environment where everyone has a voiceUsing a data driven approach to evidence benefits, completing proof of concepts, building permanent teams with additional non perm fluid resource providing the flexibility to accelerate remediation. Having led the team to establish an architectural framework with a clear methodology that can be scaled and accelerated, this has resulted in clear findings and risks with remediation plan to improve service quality and reduce operational risk. The programme continues to deliver and is on track to exceed aspirational targets which has led to the methodology now being adopted globally.
