Writer and editor with 20 years experience at New Scientist, the Guardian and the BBC. As well as hundreds of in depth features, interviews and opinion pieces, I have also written stories for New York Times, New Scientist, Nature, The Observer, The Washington Post, The Daily Mail, Wired, Forbes.com, BBC Future, Psychologies etc.I am currently a series editor of the New Scientist bookazines, and write a monthly neuroscience column for the magazine.
