About Helen Strilec Schatiloff

Helen Strilec-Schatiloff is a real estate agent and violinist, known for her non-conventional, personal approach to showing, renting and selling the homes of Manhattan Island. Throughout fifty years of being a part of the classical music sphere of New York City, she has played with the major orchestras in the city and continues to be a member of the New York City Ballet Orchestra. Ms. Strilec-Schatiloff understands the nuances and subtleties of client dialogue, and pays close attention to the architectural features of the property, making her a successful sales agent, building long-term relationships with her clients beyond the signing. Her extensive network of clients who trust her with their properties made her a member of a Multi-Million Dollar Club of the Corcoran Group. As a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, she instantly fell in love with New York City during her years as a student at the Juilliard School, a love that continues unabated to this day. Her unconditional passion for classical music and fascination with the architecture of New York City serve as the basis for her signature “Helen’s Happenings” Open House Concert Series that attracts brokers and buyers to her listings through the power of music and conversation. She started her real estate career in 2005, joined the Corcoran Group as an Associate Broker in 2009, became the Sales Agent of the Month (2011), and the Real Deal Top Residential Agent of the Week (2012). She was ranked 920 among the sales associates across the country by National Realty Trust in 2010, and placed in the top 3% of all Sales Associates nationwide in 2014. The Real Estate Board of New York has certified Ms.Strilec-Schiloff as a Negotiation Expert, Buyer’s Agent, and New York Residential Specialist. In 2016, she received a certificate from Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation. She is a member of the New York Residential Agent Continuum and FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation.
