I am the Founder and CEO of The Midtown Group. I started this business in 1989 with a card table, a few phones, and a clear vision: to build more than just a transactional staffing agency. Over three decades later, Midtown has helped over professionals find meaningful careers and advancement opportunities.I’m proud to lead a team supporting hundreds of government and commercial organizations nationwide. As a WBENC-certified business, we bring flexibility, innovation, and authenticity to every partnership. We make a tireless effort to meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of our clients and consultants in an ever-changing market. I have fostered an award-winning company culture that encourages workplace flexibility, with well-rounded and passionate employees in our corporate office.    I have served in increasingly impactful roles throughout my membership within YPO, including Assistant Education Chair, Chapter Education Chair, Chapter Chair, and now Membership Chair of US Capital Chapter.In 2008, I was accepted as a member of the prestigious Young Presidents’ Organization and served on the executive team as my chapter’s Membership Chair and Education Chair, making me the chapter’s first female chairperson.
