I have been with Pertemps since 1994 and am responsible for training our permanent staff on our own inhouse IT systems. I also get involved in company Inductions and various workshops throughout the year.I also get involved in various other projects such as rolling out the new on line assessment module, and train staff on how to use this successfully.I spent a number of years in branch at the start of my career with Pertemps, and have full knowledge of the recruitment process.
