Founded in 1985, Richey May & Co. provides assurance, tax and business advisory services to clients throughout the Denver metropolitan area and the United States. As a Senior Tax Manager, I specialize in providing tax compliance, consulting, and in-depth planning to clients in the financial services, real estate (commercial and residential), hospitality, and professional service industries, with an emphasis on multi-state activity. My experience in the real estate industry includes transaction analysis involving operating agreement review, understanding waterfalls, promotes and application to the investors. I also serve closely or privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals. In addition, I am the developer and Practice Leader of the Managed Accounting Solutions group. We help companies and individuals achieve their financial goals by taking the burden of the accounting and analytics off their hands. We work along side clients providing real time financial statements, KPIs, analytics and budgets saving them time and money.
