I have over 20 years experience in healthcare construction projects undertaking project director and project management roles as well as producing business cases, infrastructure strategies and post project evaluations. Project experience includes:• Shriners Hospitals for Children - led due diligence review of hospital expansion project• Barts Health NHS Trust - Whipps Cross Redevelopment leading PMO, SOC and OBC • West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust HIP Programme - lead for health planning and OBC.
