ABOUT HELEN PHIPSON
Since joining Savills in 2014, I have cultivated a diverse skill set within the commercial property sector. Starting as a Team Secretary for the Leeds Business Space team, I quickly transitioned to the Industrial & Logistics Occupier Advisory team as a Property Assistant in 2019. My passion and interest in the field led me to join the Savills Apprenticeship Scheme in September 2021, where I began pursuing a BSc in Real Estate Management. This opportunity has enabled me to gain hands-on experience across various sectors, including Industrial Agency, Business Space Investment, and Minerals. Currently, I am working in the Commercial Property Management team gaining experience in managing different asset classes.
