Human Resource Management, M.S. student at the University of Southern California. My interests in management and strategic development for competitive advantage have motivated me to heighten my education at USC Bovard College, where I hope to expand my prospects for professional growth through new opportunities. A pivotal involvement of mine is overseeing the HR department of a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. My commitment to this organization began in 2017. Since then, I have served several leadership roles, ultimately joining the Executive Board and Board of Directors. This position, along with external internships and leadership roles, allowed me to foster managerial, technical, and analytical skills, of which I look forward to growing and showcasing through my performance outcomes and engagement.
