I am a consultant within the People Consulting service line at Ernst & Young (EY), where I partner with clients, primarily in the financial services industry, to reach their strategic human capital goals.Prior to EY, I worked at Wake Forest University as a Career Coach/Adjunct Professor and as an Associate Project Manager at The Link Group, an AMA Top 50 marketing research consultancy. As a Career Coach I strategized with undergraduates on career exploration, networking, resumes/cover letters, and interview preparation to help students gain the confidence and skills needed to navigate their next career decision. At The Link Group, I managed project logistics, engaged in strategic frameworks, analyzed and reported findings, and collaborated with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to help Fortune 500 clients develop and achieve their business objectives. I completed my Master\'s in Counseling at Wake Forest, hold a BA in Communication from Wake Forest University, and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), providing me a strong foundation of communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.I enjoy using my relationship-building skills, positive attitude, curiosity, and problem solving skills to help organizations and individuals gain insights and reach goals.
