Sourced and Launched equality training across the Company. Managing and developing the HR team. Manage the payroll function and liaise with an outsourced provider. Manage all employment law issues and coach senior and middle managers through the process. Offered additional support to employees during the last 18 months due to lockdowns and employees working from home, including introducing mindfulness training and an enhanced Employee Assistance Programme. Carried out Covid Risk Assessments and supported the business in being Covid Secure for those employees wishing to be in the office. Carried out employee surveys on a regular basis and utilised ENPS systems to gauge Management performance.
