I am a commercial property solicitor advising on a full spectrum of commercial property issues ranging from one-off transactions to year-round property portfolio management. Counting some national brands with multi-million pound turnovers amongst my clients, I regularly advise on: Lease acquisitions; Lease disposals: surrenders, assignments and break options; Mid-term lease management: assigning, sub-letting, and altering premises; Property purchases: cash and bank funded; Property disposals: sales and grant of leases; Secured lending: securing finance against property; Auction properties: buying and selling; and Pension properties: buying, selling, leasing and transferring. Active in all sectors of the commercial property market, I\'m particularly experienced in the retail sector, having acted for various national retailers including Max Spielmann, Klick Photopoint, The Fragrance Shop, Perfume Point, The Sock Shop, THE Chinese Buffet, Bench clothing, Footasylum plc, NICCE clothing and SØstrene Grene on their leasehold portfolios. I have an efficient and commercial approach, delivered in a friendly and down-to-earth way. My aim is to understand how a client’s business works and to deliver an expert service, within a timescale which suits. I was proud to be shortlisted for the SME Growth category of the Women in Business Awards 2016 (North West, Wales, Ireland and the Isle of Man region) and to be listed as a Recognised Practitioner in Chambers and Partners 2018 and 2019.
