About Helen Underwood
I have had the privilege of a 32-year career with O-I Glass, serving the company in a variety of roles, most recently as Global Sourcing Manager for Moulds, leading a team of amazing individuals from other countries. Unfortunately, due to massive restructuring, I, along with many other colleagues, have been released from the company. I am grateful to have had so many years with a great company, making a sustainable product I believe in. I wish O-I abundant success during this transformation, and hope to see glass regain a prominent place in the packaging market!The thing I have enjoyed most about my career is working with incredible and talented people from all over the world. Experiencing cultural diversity has enriched my life in many ways. I have enjoyed the various perspectives my colleagues bring, and I have learned a great deal. In any organization, it\'s the people that make the difference.I am excited as I open a new chapter in my life and am now looking for a role in a new organization, in which I can meet new incredible and talented people and contribute my passion, my strengths and my skills in impactful ways!
