I am a healthcare and mental health leader with proven experience managing complex teams, building innovative programs, and driving positive outcomes in mental health and addictions care. As Owner/Operator of Helen Boone Counselling and Consulting since 2012, I’ve delivered private counselling, health and wellness coaching, trauma debriefing, and professional workshops, while also providing clinical supervision and mentorship to professionals across the sector.
