ABOUT HELEN LOCKHART
A consultant with a strong track record, and over 25-years’ experience, of designing and delivering leadership, team and organisation development strategies and programmes to bring about sustainable personal and system wide change and improvement. My focus is to drive business performance, and achieve strategic objectives, through the development of organisations and the people within them.With a background in Occupational Psychology, I have a deep understanding of the leadership and people dynamics impacting business performance. I combine this knowledge with my practical experience to develop pragmatic and innovative approaches to developing leaders, teams and organisations in service of driving performance. I invest in my own development to stretch myself and inform my practice. I am a strong team player and leader with people management experience and am equally able to work autonomously on multiple projects (I currently manage 5 projects with different clients). I have a very collaborative style and am extremely good at building relations - a testament is my client relationships last for many years resulting in exceptional results at both at a personal and business level.
