Following 16 years of personal growth within increasingly senior human resources roles at Henry Schein UK, I moved across to specialise in the International Software Technology division of the organisation following the creation of the Henry Schein One joint venture. Responsible for delivering extensive HR strategy and operations within a faced paced business environment. The business has been growing and modernising rapidly following a recent acquisition in order to transition away from on premise solutions to a global SaaS solutions organisation across Europe and Asia Pacific. I am also involved in leadership training, pyschometric analysis and local and global project work for the European and US companies.
