A makeshift company where each member takes on a role that works towards the product of “leadership.”- In my first semester, I was assigned to the Human Resources Department under the Guidance Division. Throughout this semester, we are in charge of altering the company handbook and initiating the transition from Google Drive to Microsoft Teams with the intent to create a more professional setting in the practicum- In my second semester, I was apart of the Finance Division under initiatives. During this semester we were tasked with informing weekly on cultural differences and exposure to other countries business norms. Also to put together a \"M.A.K.E\" assessment for the company as a whole as a presentation for the CEO and CEOV- In my third semester I am a Project Leader. In this role I am executing a Cross Cultural Practicum across both sections to further leaders in there development of other cultural norms. I am leading a team of 3 Year 1 Leaders who are eager to develop their own leadership as well as assist in the development of this project.
