As the Lead Trainer/Consultant for Daily Sparkle Activity Coordinator Training I have developed, designed and delivered a range of training programmes which focus on meaningful occupation in care settings and the Activity Coordinator role. I have also developed a course on the therapeutic use of activity in dementia care. In the Lead Trainer role I support a small team of trainers operating across the UK. This includes providing Train the Trainer activities as well as coaching support.
