I have over 19 years experience working in the UK construction industry as a civil and structural engineer and that includes 7 years as a Project Manager delivering projects from conception through to hand over and the end of the defects period. I am a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2010 and an NEC 4 Accredited Project Manager.I am a motivated team leader, with a collaborative and inclusive approach which creates positive working relationships. With 11 years of experience in technical design and site experience I challenge solutions in design and buildability to maintain client’s budgets and carbon aspirations. My Project Management experience brings programme, risk, procurement, routes to market and contact management advice. Sensitively balancing the programme, cost and risks with the client and contractor.
